This license is a modified version of the GNU General Public License copyright (C) 1989, 1991 Free Software Foundation, Inc. but has not been made with their permission. Section 2(d) has been added to cover use of software over a computer network.
 
Everyone is permitted to copy and distribute verbatim copies of this license document, but changing it is not allowed.
